Works fairly well with PS4 but was not recognized by PC and then when we got it working it sounded like bees

These headphones are okay because they make my voice echo.

I must have gotten a defective set I could not use with the included USB adapter. The sound was okay at best when I used it with my phone and laptop. Not impressed with the sound quality but the USB device never worked. I plugged it in and the head set died. No sound at all.

They worked ok for about a couple months then quit

Bought these headset for my birthday. After 3 weeks of using them they broke. Horrible sound comes out of the headset and and people hearing me talk say they can't stand the buzzing noise when I talk. Worst headphones I have purchased

Why do these last a month or so and die? Well taken care of yet constant issues with every new model. These are the latest replacement and the mic works intermittently. Best Buy is always helpful so at leaSt I have that..

For an $80 headset not great at all. You would have to constantly adjust the wires for the audio to be clear and the design of the headset squeezes your head so you eventually get headaches.

Cheap wiring. wont last 3 weeks ive tried these 3 times now and all three of them the sound goes out in one earcup. Do not get these. Dont buy turtle beach.

Would never buy again. Uncomfortable and very hard to control the sound in the headphones.

I had bought the lucid sound headsets, those headsets were great but they were very uncomfortabe after an hour of use so I traded those in and got these, and let me tell you, these are much better in every way! The sound is just as good if not a bit better, I can wear these for 5 hours and I don't feel any discomfort, battery life is 30 hours of using it with the mixer, the only thing the lucid sound headsets have over these is that they look much sexier, but don't let the look fool you

I love these headphones! I use them on my Xbox One and the sound quality is just amazing.... They are very comfortable!! These are a must have!!

Warning! This headset may require a PC splitter cable, which does not come included! I returned a cheap Plantronics headset to purchase these. The Plantronics worked fine, but were not very comfortable. So I upgraded and bought these. I was so excited to get home and start using them. However when I got home and opened the box I realized that although these claim to be PC compatible, they required a PC splitter cable to function with my PC. My PC is a gaming computer less than a year old. I would have to order this part form Turtle Beach and wait for it to be shipped to me. After getting excited and having my hopes up this was a big disappointment. I can't understand why a cheap headset can come with the necessary parts to work properly but this more advanced headset can't. Nobody in the world wants to buy a product, take it home, and have to spend more money and then wait on a piece for it to even function. I was just not a happy purchaser.
