Headset look and features would make this a 5 star product but Mic stopped working in under a month so disappointing, happy to have at least bought the warranty.

These work awesome. Very immersive. While they work. The plug broke off inside the controller. Turtle Beach was easy to deal with to replace. But the replacement did the same thing too. Only lasted a couple months each. Skip over this model. Go with the afterglow, no issues with those yet.

Not a good headset if you play shooter sound quality is not good

I normally love all my turtle beach purchases but these headphones are the absolute worst headphones I had ever bought. Thought these would be comparable to the turtles I have for my Xbox but they aren't even close. The headset is light, flemsy and poorly put together. Felt like I was going to snap them in half putting them on my head. The pad on top for your head might as well be plastic and gives zero comfort. I took these out of the box put them on my head for 3 mins then decided to return them. If you need a cheap pair do not buy these, buy an off brand for less or if you can afford $30 more get the PX24's.

I was what some would consider a blindly loyal Turtle Beach fanboy. This headset cured me of that real quick. There is no separate volume control for voice chat and game chat. Nothing you do in the console menus can change this either. Voice chat was always blaring way too loud and I couldn't hear the game audio. When playing a game like Rainbow Six Siege or Battlefield, this headset is useless. The sound profiles even sounded terrible for the game audio when running on muted chat audio. I would highly recommend you don't even touch the box. I ultimately bought the Sony Gold Wireless, which I was able to price match through Best Buy from another retailer for $64.99. The Sony's were way better. Don't buy these Turtle Beaches. Ever.

It's been working fine . And good for games. I love it.

The headsets are good but can be louder or better.
