I was looking for straight Bluetooth headphones and these did not fit the bill. Had I done a better job of reading the box, I would have known that. I can't rate these poorly because they may actually work, but they just didn't fit my needs.

You gaming headphones do what they say they do and that's all. The sound quality is not very good the voice recognition is not very well microphones not very sensitive but for the price it does work.

If you can go beyond the price point of this headset it's not terrible. It feels cheap but the sound it okay.

This is the first headset I've purchased that completely feels like a let down but for the price it should have been expected. Poor sound quality and lack of comfort.

Mic part doesn't stay into headphone mic hole is too big or something idk it's annoying to keep pushing it back in

Bought the first pair of these a month ago and were working fine until the metal piece of that plugs into the headphone spot broke off the end of the wire. Got a second pair under the warranty I purchased and the reception was spotty. If the wire was shaken it was static and the mic on the headset didn't work. Best Buy was great with the service on the extended warranty but I ended up exchanging for a different product.

I find my $8 earbuds to be better sound quality than these. Also barely fit while using the ps4 vr system.

These headphones felt cheaply built, not very comfortable to wear. The audio was way too quiet despite multiple attempts to adjust settings. Also, the sound didnt work in the right channel speaker. Maybe it was just a bad set but I was disappointed. The box was already partially crushed when I bought them, sure enough they didnt work. Returned them.

The headset was very uncomfortable and it stopped working after two weeks.

The headset stopped working after about 2 months. I would not buy this product again.

Had to take them back within a month. My 8 yr old didn’t like them

Only buy it if it's on sale for $20 or less otherwise save up to get better ones

I works well to walk around with but I think the ear buds are what I really want.

They worked great for about a week until the microphone stopped working.

First of all I do not like the fact that it does not have the volume control on chat control volumes on the inline it only has one volume control and it's for both Shake It Off don't like the fact that the mic is detachable from the headset and the mic only lasted four days before it went out

Bad quality and product. I was surprised since thought this brand was kind of the Cadillac of the video game headset. Not really!!! I arrived home, tested and did not work properly, also the material is very bad. I exchange to the original ps4 headset and I couldn't be more happy with it.

When we purchased our set it was very staticky when in use. All external parts were in perfect condition so it must have been internal. Be careful, Best Buy let us return it though which was awesome.

The wires by the pug broke. Didn't hold up, thank goodness I have a service plan so I can replace it. That's the good thing about buying from Best Buy.

Do not tell me that they have NO REPLACEMENT PARTS AT THEIR FACILITY WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER TURTLE BEAAACH PRODUCTAGAIN

Stopped working after a month. And my son would complain he couldn't hear well.
