Enjoy these while I'm playing rainbow six or any shooter, great noise cancellation

I bought this for Christmas present for my nephew to use on his ps4. The color theme looks cool. According to him it works great. The wired headset is not a problem since he likes to sit in front of the tv when he plays.

Bought these hoping they would last longer than the Microsoft Stereo headset, unfortunately i was wrong. Mic stopped working after a month of use, luckily i got Geek Squad protection on it and i will be going to get a new one. Always had problem with turtle beach, dont understand the fascination around the,.

They work great with XBOX 1, phone, kindle, laptop works great

I was going to buy a Headset, but not sure which one. I read about the Turtle Beach headset's and they seemed to be the best priced for the quality you will receive. I was right. I am Happy With My Purchase.

Sounds are so good and perfect for shooting games but microphone is the issue, my son was complaining that he can't chat with his friends , he did configure it with the console he just can't get it working , I returned it to BB for a replacement thinking that there is a problem with microphone boom box and it turn out the replacement stands same . Try other brand not this one

This is a great headset for the price. Not the greatest feeling on the head tho

The headset is a good fit. The communication works intermittently. My son cam hear sometimes. His friends complain that his voice comes through really low.

Got this for my son he says they are fantastic. They work better then he thought they would.

Bought this for son as a Christmas gift. The plug at the end broke off within 2 days of use. No unusual usage its just not very sturdy and relevant to the price.

Purchased for my son for Christmas and by February they weren't working. Reached out to Turtle Beach for replacement the first of February, per their instruction and determined the mic is the problem. We were advised a replacement mic was mailed, and they offer no tracking service one parts are mailed. It's been over a month an still not replacement part. I'll pay more for a headset that can more easily be replaced and tracked.

My son received these as a gift and after three weeks, the microphone stopped working. I went through all of the troubleshooting steps on Turtle Beach's website to try and resolve the problem, but nothing worked, so as suggested, I contacted Turtle Beach. By the time Turtle Beach customer support got back to me, I'd already returned the headphones to Best Buy and gotten the Sony Gold Wireless headset (Turtle Beach's response when I told them the headphones had been replaced? "Thank you for trying our product, I'm sorry it didn't work out.") This is the second pair (this model, and another model) of Turtle Beach headphones that have just abruptly stopped working for us in the past 2 years or so. Each set was immaculately cared for, and still broke in a short period of time. We won't be buying any more Turtle Beach products. I do give props to Best Buy though for making the exchange quick and easy. Unlike Turtle Beach, Best Buy made the return painless and now we have a headset that works as it should.

Can take it or leave it . these have not been the best turtle beaches I have owned. I've had problems with them and upgraded to a better pair.

I spent money for headphones and they were defective. Exchanged and still had an issue. For the kind of money this product costs, to experience it for myself they suck. My friends said oh they are the best. I say no they suck. Constantly defective. Not worth the inconvenience.

I bought this mic because I broke mine. So after a couple of days I find this one,first of its made horribly it's like a McDonald's toy. If u try and record every time u talk ur voice is scratchy. This mic is two days old. Big waste of money I think the $20 ones are way better
