Brand new out the box, mic didn't work.

Not to mention I was pretty nervous after reading and hearing about numerous complaints about the headphones snapping in two. I decided to go with the Afterglows for the same price. I am very happy with the Afterglows.

First earphones I've ever used.

I use them only for video gaming (which is also a first for me). So while I don't have much to compare to them to they are an upgrade from an earlier model that I purchased and then returned for the higher quality set. I paid around $129 for these and I use them on a PS4.

Use for imac

These are amazing and work very well if my kids need them for their iPads they can just plug them into it. Very versatile. Very durable have taken a dive down the stair and still are with us. I don't recommend testing their durablity.
