I bought these as a cheap alternative to my old headphones that had gotten stepped on and they are amazing. The mic is detachable and the headphones have a long battery life which is great for hours of gaming. The volume if adjustable and it is one of the easiest headphone to set up. Five star all the way.

I was debating whether to get these or the Sony ones, but I am not disappointed. Sound quality is amazing, and I have had no problem with the chat. I am able to use these with the PS4 and my phone. I have not tried syncing both at the same time but they say it does work. I will update when I have.

Compare to other headphones this actually exceeds my expectations, even though it doesn't look fancy or cool than the other headphone that has led lights on it, It is way better in performance. When you're playing its feels like your on the place, clear sounds. Feels like like everything is so close.

I got two pairs, one for me and one for my boyfriend. I started using them for gaming while my boyfriend would use his for his gaming AND for his cell phone! It last 15 hours straight before needing to be charged and with the detachable mic, its perfect.

This is an excellent headset. The microphone is crystal clear and others can hear you very well. The range on the headset is excellent also. You can sit far away from the receiver. The audio lacks a little. Not as great as some other dolby headsets.

I actually purchased these for the PC. I was looking for a headset that included a mix amp with separate voice and game sound controls. This set uses a USB stick that sends chat...while a fiber optic connects from pc to stick to send game sound. Works perfectly!

The Turtle Beach EF400 is a great CONSOLE headset. I say that because most PCs cannot use this headset due to the use of a digital optical cable. If you are looking for a console headset but are on abudget this headset is just the one.

Great product for any gamer. Especially like that it's wireless from the console. Only way it could be better is if it had Bluetooth capabilities with your phone. You can take calls from your phone with the headset but only with a cord attached.

Excellent sound quality. I especially like the verbal queues and mic mute button. My previous Turtle Beach headphones had a switch for the mute which eventually failed. This has a push button and you get a verbal notifier "mute on"/"mute off".

I bought a pair of these when they first launched and I still have them. I bought this new pair for my girlfriend so we can chat together. They are very easy to install and set up. The range on this headset is very good and everything is very clear. I've dropped them a couple of times, but they can really hold. Very convenient placing of the volume and chat control, along with the mute button on the headset itself. Can't go wrong with wireless; makes it very easy to manage everything and no cables getting in the way.

I bought these for my son. His comments, great sound, microphone is clear and headset is comfortable. Best thing might be being wireless.

Works very well on our PS3 for my 10 year old. He loves it!! My 16 year old says it's very good for the price, but there are better choices out there (for higher prices of course). Overall, we are satisfied with this purchase.

The headset has a very long battery life and is very comfortable on your head. It also has Great sound, and great range to it.

My son likes them. He is able to hear his friends and with the microphone they can hear him. We have to make changes to the settings every time on our stereo for them to work properly, but now that we know what to change it is easy.

The thing I liked about these headphones is that they came with a USB receiver I can take these headphones out of my PS4 and plug them into the USB port of my computer and it will disable the speakers and go to the headphones. PS4 setup is a breeze...especially with the new PS4. You just plug it in and it works. Older PS4s you need to plug in the optical audio port...but whatever...it works great! Great audio...and the headphones themselves have volume controls for audio and mic. Totally worth getting!

It's more comfortable, better battery life and better quality than my old wireless gold. I prefer turtlebeach over any other brand

Battery life is amazing. Crisp clear sound quality. They are pretty comfortable even hours after playing. Would definitely recommend!

A little cumbersome with the fact that a USB port is taken up in the front and I have a wire routed from the USB to the optical out in the back of the PS4, but the headphones themselves sound great and they haven't failed me yet...

I was pleasantly surprised with the way they perform. I can hear everything! Yeah it's not 7.1 but for the price they excel. Gave me a immediate advantage with shooters, recommended to two of my friends, we run to with them.

I have used this product a few times during play on my PS4. I've also used it connected to my phone and laptop for music. It works well. However, it can make ears warm during extended use. That's to be expected.
