My headset may be an outlier but it cuts out here and there. With that said it really does immerse you into the game.

For 150$ the head set should not have mic issues. It crackles and cuts out. Find another product.

Turtle beach headphones are average at best, if your expectation is to own them for less than a year. The quality of the plastics/materials are so poor. The plastic becomes brittle and snaps easily over a short period of time. I've taken excellent care of my electronics, and do not leave my headsets laying around. That being said, I went to put these on one day, and the plastic at the hinge above the left headphone just snapped like a breadstick. I didn't even apply much pressure at all to it. Probably the most overhyped, and poor quality products made for the gaming industry - period. Perhaps their high end headsets are ok. But, this one cost me $149, and for that kind of money, I expect a product that will last me for several years, and not 9 or less mo. BIG NO THANKS, DO NOT BUY.

I honestly cannot give this headset an honest review in regards to sound quality. However the quality of the parts on headset I can. This is my second purchase of this head set from TurtleBeach and that is due to the USB plugin that is too fragile, over time the headset will no longer charge because of how sensitive the USB plugin is. So needless to say, I will return this headset and go with a different brand.

I had about 10 of these headsets everytime, they broke by having endless buzzing sounds in my ear.

Don't last very long for the price. For the price they should last longer than a couple of months.

Very disappointing - bought this instead of one in the same brand that was on clearance, and the mic doesn't work after just 3 months. Should have just purchased the one on clearance - couldn't have been worse! Have to replace mic, who knows whether replacement will even work. Do not recommend. Best Buy says it's no longer returnable.

They did not sound good at all. The superhuman hearing was not impressive. Made very cheap.

Product is ok for entry level gaming headset. Would not reccomend to serious gamers

Today the volume controls for party and game just stopped working

I purchased this bc it supposedly works well with the Xbox and your PC. My nephew has had great issues using it with his PC that he now rarely touches it and just purchased a different headset. I'm disappointed bc I spent some money on these.
