Still it is a great headset, to adjust the volume you will need to go to settings whether in game or from your console menu. The blue tooth wasn’t very great for console, simply not loud enough for me.

Sounds like something is loose in the speaker itself -_- ...

I have yet to hear the great sounds these handphones can make because the Audio driver will not load for the control panel. Turtle Beach will not answer the phone for help, they want you to email them the question you have. I have been trying and trying to solve the issue and have gotten no where. As far as the headphones they are GREAT! I have used the Turtle Beach 450s for years and loved them. These are well made, but their Audio control studio does not work right. As a customer you should not have to go through this. I am 58yrs old and have the knowledge of programs to do a work around, but so far no luck. Turtle Beach should do better by their customers.

Wasnt planning on buy turtle beaches after all the problems I had with them back on 360 but they definitely got a customer back
