Great headset for my gaming needs. Highly recommend.

I love the headset, but I hate that the wireless feature does not work on my Xbox.

Works with console with the included cable. Extra features only work for pc.

Crystal clear audio, great options to adjust audio.

Quality of music and games we’re okay compared to my Logitech’s that crapped out. But the mic ohhh boy I spend an hour and a half trying to get the mic to work to where I just gave up and returned it. Why can’t I just plug it in and play? Why is there a whole software application that teaches you nothing about using it but they just throw knobs and volumes at you. Waste of money, waste of my time, and probably added couple more grays on my head...

Overall a really good headset. Just needs a better audio quality.

So, there are a lot of cases where I had to restart my computer or apps that I used the headset with because it wouldn’t translate the sound well. For the price, this happens too much. It’s generally a problem DAILY.

Listen up, for 100 bucks i thought this was a steal... and it was, it stole my cold hard cash. the sound was very quiet even on max volume on my pc and also the sound quality was sub par. On top of that the things are massive and you look like a fool with them on. On top of that the inner part of the ear cup was a rough material and kept rubbing on my ear. Take my advice and get a better mic.

Purchased and used for about 3 weeks and ended up not being too big of a fan. I didn’t like the sound quality, even with custom EQ from the app, I couldn’t quite get the sound quality I was yearning for.

So the major issue Ive had and many others like me, is that the turtle beach control studio barely works. You might get the same loop that I got, which is installing driver, restart, and it says you didnt install the driver, and it repeats constantly. The headset itself, and when the control studio DID work, which was before I did a reinstall due to an issue with a drive I had, it was fantastic. I do not think it is worth the hassle when you can just get a razer or corsair and get way better results without a control widget.

Very comfortable headset but the sound quality isn’t good for console maybe for PC it will be better going back to the turtle beaches 7.1

I bought these to try out and had issues with these out of the box. Connecting them was a pain, they weren’t just plug and play there’s a lot of setup with them. After I got them “setup” I could only hear out of one ear then I had to restart my computer with the updated drivers for them to work properly. Don’t even bother trying to use them for console you’ll only get audio in no voice chat support. I have normal size ears I think and the left driver was pressing up a lot so that was another issue with them.

Work great. Comfortable good wireless connection and easy to set up. Advanced features with the desktop app as well I use on PC haven't tried on my PS4 yet but it comes with a cable to connect to the controller.

Nice 50mm speakers and supports most audio formats. I just don't know if this runs well with Dolby Atmos, but ... Atmos is really just smoke and mirrors, but dang, it sounds convincing.

Turtle beach headsets are awesome. It sounds like a studio in my head with the surround sound. It's the best one I have ever owned for a wireless mic. Highly recommended

I bought this for my boyfriend as a birthday gift and he really loves. A huge step up from what he used to have and the wireless works really well! 10/10 Highly recommend!

I had two sperate pairs and both broke in the same area after few months and the software stop working with my pc

I bought these thinking that they'd be a great fit for my husband gaming..... and in all actuality, he prefers the cheaper turtle beach headset. This one was the one he actually gave to me and I don't really care for it at all. It wasn't as durable as I had hoped and in addition to that the removable mic function sucks versus one lifting the mic to prevent audio. I wouldn't purchase again.

Product can’t connect wirelessly to anything but pc. To connect to Xbox you have to use a cord that’s the only downside.

I used them and no matter how much adjustment I made to audio settings it sounded very high pitched no mids or lows.
