Not happy with lack of info provided to "use" with xbox. I am sure they are great with the computer will not recommend to anyone. Service was great from best buy with covid crap.

These are by far the worst gaming headset I ever had and I used it only a handful of times. The wire broke on like second use it’s the quality of headphone cable from a dollar store. Transmitter just doesn’t work and there is no way of replacing either with anything that’d actually work. Turtle beach has no customer support but why would they they already got my money so they’re happy. Bestbuy should rethink its position of even selling such a lousy product. I payed over 100 and after the dumpster fire this headset was I wouldn’t even pay 20 for them.
