I’ve had great experience with Turtle Beach in the past. This one required me to seek support from my Audio Engineer friend to disable all the functions. The range is limited and the signal processing was causing major distortion, crackling, and frequent disconnections. I now have it to where it is at least quasi-functional...but I don’t plan on buying Turtle Beach products any more despite my past successes.

Easy setup, excellent sound, everyone can hear me loud and clear. I have a large head and its somewhat tight. we will see in the future how it holds up.

You can hear everything with this! Crystal clear sound, you can communicate with your teammates like they were right next to you. Great headset!

My grandson is enjoying the wireless headset muchbetter than the ones with the wire ones. The wired headsets were giving him so many problems

I had to return this item due to limited features with ps4, I wish it had worked because it sounded amazing, super comfortable around the ears.

To start off, the wireless experience is amazing. I’ve used a wired headset for gaming and for work, and while they work great that cord is a pain because if it has a 1% chance to get caught on something, it will. Not to mention the distance restriction if I need to stand up and grab something close by. The headphones are a very nice quality build. They have a little weight to them and solid material. The cushions are comfortable when on and it stays on well. These headphones have built-in controls right on the headset, especially the volume which is a nice quick way to adjust as opposed to the computer function keys. The microphone is removable which is great and for the size does a nice job of folding up, which I keep them in my laptop backpack to share between my home and work PC. The sound quality has been great, and even better than most headphones I’ve used since the headset fits snug and blocks out plenty of outside noise so sounds come in clearer. I’ve used it for gaming (Doom – probably not the best choice of game to use these on lol, if you’ve played it before you know what I’m talking about!) and for work. The battery life is quoted to last up to 30 hours, I’ve only charged it once when I got it and used it for several hour sessions and its still kicking. Has an auto shutoff feature to help conserve juice as well. Setup is very easy. Plug and play, however you can download their software/driver, the Turtle Beach Control studio which is an extensive control panel for the headset and you can store presets for different scenarios. The instructions aren’t the best, took me awhile with some research to figure out where the usb adapter goes, come to find out the Right ear cushion comes off the headphones and there is a slot. One possible downside is if you have a sensitive head discomfort my occur after wearing them for a long time cause of the weight along with the firm, yet comfortable grip, but it never bothered me that much after a long period of time. Overall I think it’s a great wireless headphone, wireless is definitely the way to go and if you want something of quality for gaming or even if you’re somewhat an audiophile, you’ll love the controls and options of these for your PC.

It's bluetooth, which should explain everything right there you need to know. I pumped my audio up to the max, disabled the call volume overlay, turned up the volume on the headset. Didn't matter. I could only get it up to a mediocre volume. The volume on my PC was 100, but the headset could only ever sound like it was at 70 or 80. It's just not loud enough.

Used these for my online classes and they work great. I can hear my students and they hear me clearly. No lag or pausing.

Perfect headset amazing sound turtle beach control studio is a challenge to get used to but other then that amazing headset

Got this for my son gaming it has lasted longer than the original one that came with Xbox.

Headset features great sound and all, however could not wear for more than around half an hour without having to take them off due to the lack of support on the ears and the extreme pressure from the headband. Not the worst headset out there, however it may show that the brand is overrated, and for the price, there are plenty of much higher quality headsets out there and thus I simply can not recommend this one.

The microphone attachment to allow voice came bent, there is a constant static on both ends, and it won’t let me use mic and audio at the same time however mine may have just come dysfunctional as sound and audio quality are great beyond this with lots of customizability if I ever get a replacement piece it’s probably a great headset

Great sound and battery performance from this headset. I only wish the headset had a spot to keep the USB receive.

I LOVE THIS HEADSET! This headset is awesome. They are clear both with sound and using the voice chat.

Was looking for a replacement for my faulty Arctis 7. These fit my style & were cheaper than Steel Series.

I love how they fit my head they sound crisp and clear and the fabric has good air flow keeping my ears cool.

The only downside this has is that it is only for PC gaming. It is not cross compatible with Xbox or PlayStation.
