I am using mine for xbox live and i really like it. Voice is clear and loud. The fit is adjustable and comfortable. Sound is great and i like that the mic is removable. All in all i would recomend these to friends and family. i did buy mine refurbished and they are as good as a new set.

No one can seek up on you when whering these headsets. I will not use anyone else but turtle beach head sets since they work so great and the sound quality is so good. I even use these for playing music as I now my lawn and I can barely hear the lawnmower with them turned up.

These headphones are not surround sound. But, they get the job done at an extremely awesome level. I’ve bought very few refurbished electronics and did some homework on these headphones, And it paid off better than I thought it would. Extremely Satisfied!!

My only problem I have with the head set is I can't get my kids to put them down

The low review rating received is due to the item not functioning properly, please don't misinterpret it to mean the headset is of poor quality. I liked it so much I ordered another one hoping to receive one that fully works. I love all of the features of the mix amp with presets, very easy to use, but the mic monitoring wasn't working and that is a must have feature for those of you who have never used it before. I tried every troubleshooting step on the web. Intermittently other could hear me but I could not hear myself. So I returned it. Fingers crossed for the next one.

I was a little worried about it being a refurbished headset. It actually looked brand new when I received it. Have been using for a couple months and it has been fantastic so far. Great sound and the mic works well.

I wasn't too sure about buying a refurbished headset but I am glad I did. They cancel background noise and I like that. Great buy for the price.

Works great when it is working. Have to unplug and replug sometimes to get to work. Sometimes sound is glitching. Not sure if it is due to being refurbished or what. If conditions persist will probably return for a replacement.

The headset is great by itself and works properly when plugged directly into the controller. Audio is loud and crisp, and the microphone seems to work. However, the Turtle Beach adapter that was supposed to come with it was of the wrong brand (Microsoft brand instead of Turtle Beach). Also, the microphone does not work when plugged into this adapter. Also, the system beeps seem to be interfered with static when plugged into the adapter.
