The more annoying one is that randomly once in a blue moon the mouse will lose all its speed and you will have to hard reset it to get it working again. The 2nd issue is the mouse wheel is already going out and it hasnt even been a year. Every few down scrolls it scrolls back up and vice verse. The mouse has been treated very gently, doesnt get slammed or anything, so theres no reason it should already be breaking.

Regarding the DPI issue, we would recommend a full reset, but you seem to be aware of these steps already. Generally speaking though, such an issue should never occur unless there have been changes to the system and/or Swarm. The scrolling issue however is often caused by dust or debris getting into the mouse body, so sometimes using canned air to blow it out can be helpful. However, such an issue is also covered by our 2 year limited manufacturer's warranty, which is why we recommend you get in touch with our support team using the contact form on our official support website.

Has everything I need and is the most comfortable mouse out of all the mice I tried out. A winner in every category!

I was susprised to come back to it the next day after using it for work to find that it was so dead that it had to charge for 10 minutes before it could even boot up. That is some of the most pathetic battery life Ive ever seen. Ive tried turning the lighting affects off to see if it makes any difference. No way this is worth the price point. Logitech is the way to go.

Had it about a year and a half and the roller wheel started to act up. The software to adjust the settings for each button is very small text size with no way to increase the size. There was even an updated version that came out while I had this, but it was barely any better. Returned this mouse and went with a Logitech. Their software is sooooo much better and their mouse feels better in the hand.

Great mouse when scroll wheel works

The mouse has five buttons on the side which are easy to program for any function. Unfortunately, there is a common issue with the scroll wheel where the sensor inside does not register when you move it up and down.
