Had it about a year and a half and the roller wheel started to act up. The software to adjust the settings for each button is very small text size with no way to increase the size. There was even an updated version that came out while I had this, but it was barely any better. Returned this mouse and went with a Logitech. Their software is sooooo much better and their mouse feels better in the hand.

Enjoyed using it while it worked aside from the setup process that made me want to rip my hair out. Now, after said 2 months of use, the battery dies every two days, it won’t charge, when using the dock, it disconnects from the computer and won’t charge. The Roccat program says it has 50% charge then drops to 20-10% in minutes. When trying to connect it directly to computer via a cable, it connects and disconnects rapidly until I unplug it from the computer. If you want a long lasting mouse, I’d recommend looking at Corsair. I’ve been using ironclaw wireless for over 3 years and still works like a charm.

Please try resetting the mouse both through the reset function in its advanced settings tab within Swarm as well as the recovery tool that can be found within Swarm's update center. With a battery with a 100+ Hour Life before a quick charge on its docking station is required, this hard-wired or Bluetooth mouse is a keeper. The Kone XP-Air has 15 buttons on the mouse that can be programmed to perform a total of 29 various functions. It also uses Titan optical switches for tracking and feedback. This mouse has it all! The Roccat Air-XP comes with 16.8 million color RGB lighting, a 19,000 DPI owl-light sensor, an Aimo rapid charge dock with lighting, ergonomically designed for comfortable use, heat treated 100% PTFE glides and a lateral 4D wheel with tactile feel and left and right lateral clicks. I really like the scroll key with its left and right clicks to scroll side to side horizontally. To program and setup the mouse the way you'd like it, you'll need to download Roccat's Swarm software and the Kone XP-Air mouse is useable out of the box with either an easily paired Bluetooth connection of the included USB-C cord.
