Not Compatable with Son’s Gaming PC

Was upset to find out he could hear others but they could not hear him. When I returned and looked for a replacement, I was told that these are not compatible with pc’s.

However, when received it is only for the PS4. It was a great online deal, but had to go to the store to exchange (get refund) for the CORRECT system!

Disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had purchased this headset for my son, and it worked great for almost a year, before he started experiencing issues then the cord ended up cracking from what looks to be normal use. The replacement warranty really came in handy, so I got the exact same headset, after one day of use the sound became an issue as only specific sounds would be heard though the headset. After taking a look and trying various resets on the PS4Pro we determined it was the headset. I did notice that the feel of the Recon 150 just seemed lack in quality. Ended up being full return and choosing a Astro headset over the Turtle Beach - RECON 150.

incorrect website description

Let me explain the headsets work perfectly for game audio, but for chatting and other mic related issues it doesn't. It should state that it doesn't on Best Buy's website. Very disappointed cause I drove all the way out there to purchase these.
