I really wanted to like these.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was super excited to get these because I usually buy “off brand” headsets from amazon and I have heard decent things about turtle beach. I picked up my first pair and they didn’t work with my Xbox or my Windows 10 laptop. But they did work with my girlfriends Mac when switched to ps4 setting. I spent an hour trying to figure out what I was doing wrong and couldn’t figure it out. Because of COVID-19 it wasn’t possible to get someone on the phone for technical support. I exchanged them the next day, the second pair worked right out of the box. Frustrating but glad it wasn’t something I was doing wrong. Initially they were super comfortable, they fit around my ears great and didn’t interfere with my glasses. But after gaming for about 3 hours they started to hurt the top of my head. The way the headset is shaped there’s only a small section that rests on your head and there was quite a bit of pressure because they’re pretty snug. I do have a pretty large head, though? As for the sound. They are good but honestly nothing special, IMO not worth having to charge them. They have quite a bit of static, especially when moving the controller around. I didn’t notice a big difference as far as sound from the $30 ones I usually get on amazon. The whole experience kinda turned me off from turtle beach.

All in one Headset

They are also using the headsets on their Labtops for Digital School Learning so they are not disturbing one another.
