Got these on sale. Would have gave it 3 stars had I not paid only $30 for them. Audio is very low on the volume. The build quality is decent though

Bought for a Christmas gift. Not yet opened. Cheap price and arrived quickly. Given a 5 star rating simply because I've not had issues with electronics from here and they offered a protection plan just in case.

They are alright. I got them on sale so it was worth the buy. I don’t like that you need to charge them.

I love playing video games and this headset is perfect when playing Call of Duty! I can play for hours without interrupting my family or waking anyone up while playing at night. Thank you Best Buy and thank you Turtle Beach!

Great headset if you are just starting out. I play mainly on xbox but I think the headset works better on playstation

So I had the odacity to buy a good microphone like this... Every one of my friend says my microphone quality sounds perfect. They're so jealous.. Anyways, i really love this and would recommend this to a friend.

My son got before a gaming headset called ONIKUMA, but did not last not even two months when the set broke. Then we got this Turtle Beach - Recon 200 headset, and he uses them very often. We both are very happy with this buy.

There great don’t like them though you have to charge them and still plug in to the remote that doesn’t make sense

Good product. Charge doesn’t last long and the wire is a little too short.

I bought this headset to use with my Xbox 1, and I’m glad I did! This headset has a short aux cord that plugs right into my controller for easy set up. Also a great feature is it is rechargeable, does not need a power source. Overall great product!

Ended up with a pair of Razer Kraken X which not only sounded better, but were more comfortable to wear, and I think maybe even $10 less. The sound quality on these is incredibly poor, especially for a headset that needed to be charged and is battery powered. It was LOUD sure, but it didn’t sound good at all.

I purchased for Christmas gift. Not actually sure how good this item is. But I'm sure the kids will enjoy it. That's all that matters to me.

Good, Comfy headset but have some difficulties with the sound and turning it on.

Sound quality -5/5 Comfort-3/5after an hour of playing the area around my ears, where the headphones go start to hurt- I start to sweat a lot as well. Overall 8/10

Decent headset for the money. Wired headsets aren't all that bad now that they connect to the wireless controller and not the unit.

Had to charge them for almost a whole day to get them to work off the charger but now everything works great

Unfortunately this headset has a dongle but you still need to charge it to use it. You can plug the dongle into the controller but if the mic is dead it won’t work. Compared to a original xbox mic or even wireless headphones. You plug the dongle in and it turns on right away. Not this device. Not recommended.

He’s had them for two weeks and hasn’t broken them yet. Not sure the microphone works great as I catch him yelling when his online health deteriorates. May be an anger problem rather than the headset though.

Got on sale. Small for my head but perfect for my kids who I bought it for. Probably not worth it at full price.

this is for my 8yr old who is terrible at taking care of things. so these are still working and he loves them and easy to use.
