The left side works sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t. Wish I could return it but I threw the box away.

My daughter makes my grandson take one ear out of his TB headset so he can hear her when she needs him. Quality product.

Turtle Beach Fail

We had to return these because the mic didn’t work. It’s a wired set BUT still has to be charged To work before connecting to the remote and the headset battery did not hold its charge. After exchanging the second set had same problem so returned and went with different brand.
