Oh the tinny and metallic sounds are great too! Have been using them for a few months with my Xbox one...should have taken them back, but the pandemic hit so I am stuck with another crappy piece of turtlebeach hardware. Should never have bought them, but they were the only ones available. Have never had success with TurtleBeach and it has not changed with these noisy paperweights

They need to be charged which is very unfortunate because if you don't turn them off after using them then you have to charge them again.

Purchased 3, Mic does not work on 2/3 purc

One of the mics worked, the other did not... Of course they tore up the boxes so I couldnt return it... So I ordered a new one to replace the headset that didnt work and paid extra to get it shipped 2 day so that I could get it to my nephew who was left out on Christmas with a faulty headset. I got the new one in the mail today AND SURPRISE SURPRISE, THE MIC DOESNT WORK!! Couldnt be more disappointed... Waste of time and money. This could be a great headset if the mic worked.
