He states it shorts out and this is actually his second pair. Does have a microphone to talk to others and that is what he wanted.

Not a quality product!

The fact that you have to charge these headsets is inconvenient, there is no beep or tone when the headset is running low on batteries. The battery life is also not close to the 12 hours indicated on the packaging. Lastly the aux pin broke inside of my Xbox Series X controller during normal use. Luckily enough they were still exchangeable at Best Buy. Lets nope this next pair performs much better than this.
