Unfortunately the sound on these were either TOO LOUD or TOO QUIET. I had to constantly adjust volume on headset and in game to either hear the sound effects or hear the people I was in game with. So I returned this headset. Friends and Siblings also purchased headset and were not pleased and reported similar issues. Also sometimes when headset is below 50%, players can no longer hear you on the mic until you charge it back up again. PS4 setting was better than the Xbox setting...

Thank you for leaving your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you do not find the headset comfortable. As there is no way to make a one size fits all headset, we can't guarantee comfortability for absolutely every single user; though we do our best to provide a fit for a vast majority of them. With that being said; please know that the headset will break in over time resulting in a better fit.
In regard to charging the cable via its USB cable; the Recon 200s require charging due to the fact that they are amplified headsets. In order for the amplification to work, the headset would need to be powered by a power source of some sort.
Rather than tethering you to the console or another power source via a USB cable, we placed a rechargeable battery in the headset. This allows you to only have one connection to the console's controller, rather than two (one to the console, one to the controller).
