    They sound ok but, for wired headphones, they have to actually charge them for them to work, that makes me not a fan of them

      Thanks for your feedback.

      The Recon 200 headsets require charging because they are amplified headsets. In order for the amplification to work, the headset would need to be powered by a power source of some sort.

      Rather than tethering you to the console or another power source via a USB cable, we placed a rechargeable battery in the headset. This allows you to only have one connection to the console's controller, rather than two (one to the console, one to the controller).

    Your voice is the last thing the mic picks up

    Sounded fine but the mic does not have noise cancelling and so it picked up everything instead of my voice. People I played with online had a hard time hearing me over my AC.

    My 11 year old used these to play games. He states it seems like it has surround sound, at times he only hears sound in one ear. Not sure that is an actual feature.

    Bought this headset for my son was a good price but the jack broke on the first set dont know if was a factory problem bought took back to best buy and they took care of me and rpacelaced for new one

    Headphones look very nice, however my son is constantly struggling with the sound. People can’t hear him and we aren’t sure how it keeps muting?

      If this is happening in a game like Call of Duty, please ensure that your in--game settings are set correctly. Call of Duty has a setting known as Open Mic Recording Threshold that can cause issues similar to what you described. That setting should be set to zero within your game menus, otherwise it may prevent your voice from being heard.
