If this is happening in a game like Call of Duty, please ensure that your in--game settings are set correctly. Call of Duty has a setting known as Open Mic Recording Threshold that can cause issues similar to what you described. That setting should be set to zero within your game menus, otherwise it may prevent your voice from being heard.
If this is happening in a different game, please allow our Support Team to assist you with some troubleshooting for your Recon 200. We’re always happy to help, and we can be reached right from the support section of the Turtle Beach website as needed.
