    I had to return the headphones. The quality of sound for FPS games is terrible. If you’re getting this headphones for these types of games, save your money and Invest in a better pair.

    Get a better set

    Worked for bit but did not work well with Play Station. My boys used for their iPads. Purchased for Christmas and they stopped working in March. Pay a little more and get a better set.

    Amazing... but short lived

    Worked great for about two months then started to only work for a short amount of time. Now they’ll only work if plugged into the wall... waste of money and told I can’t get a fecund/replacement.

    Had to return because it did not work with the headphone jack on my xbox controller. This was a direct replacement for one that I already had for over two years.

    Do not waste your time! Can't really hear the people you're in a party with. Battery life is fair, but again the volume needs works!

    Kid who plays games for hours every day said these were hard to use, not comfortable and not really necessary versus just using his regular headphones.

    Adjusting volume wheel caused the sound be lost on either left or right or both ears. Friends said I sounded muffled using the mic. I returned these.

    He is getting some static in the left ear and I thought it was the plug but still doing it with different cord and different controller. Kinda disappointed in this product

    Absolutely terrible. I’ve had this headset for about 3 weeks now. When I first started using it, it was great and I loved it. After a while it started to echo (my friends said they could hear themselves and my game audio real bad) I had to fix the wire by giving it a lil tug. Never dropped it. Never abused it. Just starting acting up out of nowhere! Now it’s broken, audio is choppy and mic doesn’t work. Complete waste of $60...

    We ended up returning this headset because it was uncomfortable. Audio was also not very clear. Maybe it was a fluke, but we found a better headset online, and for less money.

    Good quality, but the headphones fit too tight around my ears. 7 year old uses them and forgets to charge them. If I had a choice again, I’d go another route.

    Receiving audio is great, but the mic quality is horrendous. You’re just too quiet and can’t communicate with whoever you’re playing with in a game, the price is a no-no.

    Bought these for my 10 year old. He hates them. Says they break, sound quality is poor, or unable to hear at all. I got the insurance and replaced first pair. Second pair no sound and/or static.

    Stopped working after a few weeks. The mic doesn’t pick up my voice in game play anymore. Turtle beach is usually good but this one fell short.

    Horrid. Very uncomfortable and awkward - the sizing adjustment does not properly open at the ears, as there is constantly too much pressur and hurts after only 20-30 minutes of play. Considering you need to charge this set, it is not of any better quality than one that does not require charging. My set in particular stopped working in about 6 months. Zero audio coming from headphones anymore, but the microphone is working. Garbage. Stay away.

    Do not waste your time and buy and purchase these headphones. I bought them for my son for Christmas and The first week of the new year the microphone stopped working. I was outside of the window to return them and did not purchase a warranty so Best Buy did not take them back. This is a complete waste of money because you will end up purchasing a new pair of headphones.
