    When brought home the sound would go from one ear to the other, not on purpose. Every time you touched the volume it would crackle and switch ears. Not sure if I got someone’s return or what, not good

    Audio is toooooo loud... can’t differentiate sounds... everything is loud all the time... when you play a game you want to be able to hear the soft sounds not just the loud explosions Next time I’ll Spend more money on a better headset

    Headsets broke in weeks

    The headset has already broken just weeks after I bought it. I should have kept the box and receipt. They worked well for a couple of weeks only. I didn't drop them or mistreat them in any way, they just stopped working.

    After 3 wks of light use the microphone stopped working , I had to have it really close for it to be able to pick up sounds . There’s a lot better headsets for the price or cheaper than this one , Do not recommend !

    I asked for assistance with purchasing a headset for my daughters PC and was given these and was assured they would work. Nope and I couldn’t return them within the timeframe, so I’m stuck!!

    Bought these during the black friday sale for a great price. But after only wearing them twice, I noticed a buzzing sound. Glad I bought geek squad protection on them, got a full refund.

    Bought for my son he has had serveral head sets but he didn't like the quality to this one returned it back to the store and purchased a different one set echos during play

    I was actually surprised when I bought these cuz everybody knows beaches are one of the top brands but they work great in the beginning couple days at their bottom to the sound kept cutting in and out and then eventually stopped working

    I either got a defective headset or it just has terrible sound quality. There is a nonstop static, glitchy sound and it renders the headset useless.

    Echoing Mic in Party Chat

    This headset seems to continue echoing. I have tried everything on adjusting it, as well as in the xbox settings and people in party chat continue to say there is an echo when I am in the party.

    One ear is almost silent and the mic is extremely quiet. I tried contacting turtle beach only to be told that my support request would be reviewed in 6-8 days.

    Headphones worked for 48 hours, left speaker went out I’ll be returning them for a refund. I just received the review email that’s why this review is late.

    Absolutely terrible. They just flat out cut in and out oh the game and voice chat without anything happening. No touching of the cord or controller. Flat out terrible, I want my money back!

    I bought this and after 4 months it broke already. I only play on weekends so this is really disappointing. If i plays every day it would have probably broke and i could have returned it

    These are awful quality. I bought two pairs, returned first one figuring they were defective but second pair was same awful quality. Don’t waste your money on these.

    I have owned Many pairs of headsets in my life. This one is the worst. Bad audio, bad Mic Quality, small unless your a 10 year old, and crackles when you unplug it.

    The headband has a wire running through it which leads to it causing pain when the headphones are on for any period of time. My son’s only complaint. Had to return.
