    Worst Turtle Beach Headset Out There.

    Garbage, it’s a wired mic that needs t be charged. The durability is trash as well, I wouldn’t recommend at all.

      Thank you for leaving your feedback. The Recon 200s require charging due to the fact that they are amplified headsets. In order for the amplification to work, the headset would need to be powered by a power source of some sort.

      Rather than tethering you to the console or another power source via a USB cable, we placed a rechargeable battery in the headset. This allows you to only have one connection to the console's controller, rather than two (one to the console, one to the controller).

    Lasted 5 minutes. Exchanged them for a set from a different company. Havent had much luck with Turtle Beach in the past

    I opened them from the box, plugged them in, & didn’t work. Piece of trash. Very frustrated with turtle beach, second time this happened.

    Had it for about 6 months and the static was so bad for my friends that I had to get a new pair. Don’t waste ur money.
