    Not working well with switch

    My son has tried to use this for the switch and sometimes the microphone works and sometimes it does not. I tried to return it but I bought it online and done have the email receipt. So they were not able to return it for me....Maybe best can help me thru this portal. I received an email to review the product....Ironic

    You get what you pay for

    Probably a good value buy. It worked for us (my kid) and then finally broke. We've had it for about a year.

    Wired but needs charging?!?

    This headset is a “wired” headset but you have to charge it! What a joke, the battery life is horrible, and the mic quality is horrific. Got it as a gift or else I would’ve returned it, these have to be a troll.

      Thanks for your feedback! The Recon 200 headset requires charging due to the fact that they are amplified headsets. In order for the amplification to work, the headset would need to be powered by a power source of some sort.

      Rather than tethering you to the console or another power source via a USB cable, we placed a rechargeable battery in the headset. This allows you to only have one connection to the console's controller, rather than two (one to the console, one to the controller).

      With that being said, it does not sound like your headset is functioning as it should! Please reach out to our dedicated Support Team for assistance with troubleshooting or replacement service.     Static and problems with hearing

    Honestly it used to be working very well and I think I treat my items well however after a couple of weeks, they turned into where I can hear static a lot and my right side of the headphone did not work properly.

    Broke in a week

    I purchased these for my partner for Christmas and the right side stopped working after a week of using them. Pretty disappointing.

    I deserve a refund

    I just got this present for christmas and have experienced multiple issues. First off the audio in the left ear is louder than the right ear, and the audio in the right ear is muffled and distorted. Another frequent issue i’ve had is my mic simply won’t work, my friend is constantly complaining that he can’t hear my and i will have to troubleshoot in order to make any noise at all. This is all while fully charged too. Overall a really poor headset and really disappointing.

    Mic broke

    So I brought these for my son who never knew he needed a gaming headset. He was super excited. 2 days later the mic was dangling off! Took them to exchange, no more in stock or to order. (Figuring because I got them during a sale) Had to buy a different more expensive brand. Very upset because like I said, my son never knew he needed them now I was spending more on something I only bought because it was on sale :(

    DONT BUY

    These are easily the worst headsets ive ever bought. Clearly this company doesnt care about their consumer at all. I bought them literally a few hours ago went to use them and the left ear doesnt work and neither does the mic. Can only hear sound from the right and that was after messing with it to turn on. How are brand new out of the box headphones broken….

    Awful quality

    Had these for a couple months now. They constantly drop audio which forces me to stop playing and and fiddle with the headphones, which in ridiculous for a $60 headset. I’ve been using turtle beach products for as long as I’ve been gaming but this will likely be the last product of theirs I buy as it seems their QA continues to decline with every new generation of products.

    Do not purchase. Sound only came through one side right out of the box. Now microphone doesn't work. I would have returned it but I bought it for my gf and she just thought gaming headsets sucked. This one sure did anyway.

    Didn’t work with Xbox One S

    My Xbox One S controller has a 3.5 jack but still unable to use this headset. Even tried another controller and nothing. Previous headset was the Recon 150 using same controllers and had no issues.

    Worst headset..
