The ones for Christmas were the top of the line Turtle Beach headphones... that's like comparing apples to oranges.

It’s a wired headset to begin with so having to charge it as well is a bummer. Not really comfortable to wear.

These work great when running on full juice but I hate it when I gotta recharge them every 5 days with everyday use. Other than that you can't go wrong with these. Using on ps4.

But, since it is amplified it needs to be charged for it to work. Wish the charging port was a Type-C usb instead of the old micro usb port. Great item to get when on sale. Not sure if i would pay full price.

I only paid $29.99 for these because of the black friday deal. These are good, but they like the sound quality that the Astro A20 has which is in the same price range.
