Great sound quality and mic works really well. Like the adjustable volume but they start to hurt my ears after hours of use prolly to be expected

This headset has been absolutely nothing but problems for me. I bought it thinking it was just gonna be a standard but good headset when in reality it needs to be charged WHILE plugged in, you have to have it plugged into your controller and it will still die on you, and as annoying as that is that is the least of it’s problems. This headset will have random bouts of static interference with other things in the room or your controller making your audio cut out with static every 3-4 seconds, the mic quality is great, the audio when it’s not full of static is great. Unfortunately more often than not I’m running into it dying, sounding full of static and since the mic on this headset is shortened for design, it’s closer to the earmuffs so I’ve been told on occasion people can hear my gameplay. Overall I am extremely disappointed with the amount of money I threw out for these extremely subpar headphones. I wish bestbuys return policy wasn’t so strict, guess I’ll have to just sell it and for half price because not even I to make my money back would sell this headset for so much.

When my old Turtle Beach headset of 7-8 years broke I knew I would get another one from turtle beach. A friend suggested the recon 200 and he was right. The sound quality is great. Just as good as the higher priced hedsets

Sounds great but for me I get really hot for some reason while using this headset. But it works the way it should, might sound better than a lot of the more expensive options

Short battery life. Not the best headset out there, but for what you pay, it’s a decent option..

This is a great quality headset. Blocks out a lot of outside noise and allows for great surround sound. Playing it with Squadrons and Skyrim put both games on the next level with sounds I've never heard before.

The only thing i didnt like about this headphones is that they need to be charged, and I always forget that.

If you have no experience with amplified headsets (like I was), know that this one requires its own charge even though it isn’t wireless so be prepared to charge it up every few uses, or more if you forget to turn them off after taking them off like I do, which means I have to sit about a foot away from my monitor with the headset plugged in to be able to use them. Also, the top isn’t completely rounded like the picture suggests, which can look a little weird when they are on your head if you’re someone that cares about that.

This was a gift for my son. He says they work great with his Xbox one, and he’s very happy with them. Previously he was using an Xbox brand gaming headset that broke, and he thinks these are much more comfortable.

These were bought for my husband and they work great for him on his PC. I tried them on the Xbox and Nintendo Swich and they worked great! This set lived up the the Turle Beach brand name and reputation.

Sound is good just have to remember to keep it charged usually can get two days of average game play out of the battery.

Purchased this for $40 in DEC when it went on sale! My daughter loves it and cancels out the noise.. This is big upgrade from the cheap $15 one she had lol but overall good for the price and sounds good to.

Got this on special since my old turtle headphones stopped working and I love them. Can hear footsteps from opponents very easily. Love that I can adjust the volume and mic.

I like how comfortable they are but you have to constantly charge them. He old turtle beaches didn't need charging. Better for young kids

These are good headphones. Don’t really have any complaints, however it does get annoying when you forget to continuously charge the headphones.

Bought 4 of these for the kids in the family for christmas. They all loved it when they opened them. A few weeks later I asked how they liked them, and they said they were good headset and sound is nice.

Great headset. I love the color (white) and the sound is amazing! Bestbuy had it at a lower price then any other retailer for the holidays. I would highly recommend this one!

This is a great headset from the speakers, mic and the battery life. I bought this for a very completive gamer who has gone through a lot of headsets. I would definitely recommend this for all gamers.
