I’ve messed with all the audio settings and nothing solved it. Cheap product for an expensive price.

When it works it great

It take several tries to get the controller to connect. I thought it might be the controller so I tried a second controller and same issue. Got as a Christmas gift and procrastinated about using it, so when i finally got around to it, it's out of the return window. Working with Turtle Beach to see if they can resolve the issue
