We get very few complaints about sizing or comfort issues. Due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users, adult or child. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers. Please bear in mind that your headset will break in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.

Also the headphones do not adjust well so it becomes uncomfortable to wear for any time longer that 30 minutes

Also, please understand that the Recon 200 Gen 2 is compatible with anything that has a standard 3.5mm jack, many PCs include a single 3.5mm headset jack, if you PC does NOT have one then a splitter cable is required.
The splitter cable is not a proprietary Turtle Beach product.

I was excited because all the turtle beach headsets I’ve used in the past have been amazing. However this model was terrible. I don’t know if I did something wrong or it’s just terrible. I plugged it in to test it and the mic is completely defective and the game volume is quieter than a mouse.
