It only sounds good when it’s turned on, although you can still use it even if its dead.

It take several tries to get the controller to connect. I thought it might be the controller so I tried a second controller and same issue. Got as a Christmas gift and procrastinated about using it, so when i finally got around to it, it's out of the return window. Working with Turtle Beach to see if they can resolve the issue
