    I like turtle beaches. They are not the most well made headsets, but they have improved over the years. The game chat volume setting is amazing. The fact that other headsets don’t have that is a shame. The only thing that suffers is the mic quality, it could be better.

    Bought a pair and had an echo out of the box. The power switch doesn’t work and tilting the mic up doesn’t mute. Unfortunately wasn’t able to return in 15 days for the return policy.

The headset is equipped with a Microphone Monitoring feature, and we'd like to ensure that's not the "echo" you're referring to. The headset's microphone should also mute without issue when the headset's mic is rotated up to the mute position, so what you've described here is strange.     Not good. Could hardly hear anything. I took back and upgraded. Spend a little more to get the better set. Pock whats going to fit your needs.

    Low Quality Microphone

    Sound comes through the headset just fine, but feedback from others is that hearing me is tough. Even maxing the microphone volume, they say it sounds like I'm far, far away from the microphone. Would not purchase again.

    The microphone echoes endlessly in parties and groupchats. If youre not factoring that in, its a average headset. Not sure if it’s worth the price.

    Hard to explain why im not a fan of these. Noice cancelling is decent but the treble seems high which makes for difficult to hear at medium to high volume.

    After taking them out of box and trying them on and using them they were not what we expected they were Very staticky

    Had to return because they were uncomfortably tight on the widest setting. I felt like I was one wrong movement from breaking them.

Due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users.     don't waste your money

    After 2 months of limited usage (2 hrs on weekends only) right side speaker stop working. I used original box and package to keep headphones safe. they looks like brand new, but just stop working. not recommended at all.
