Due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers.
Please bear in mind that your headset will wear in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.

If you want to hear an ant crawl across your floor, but barely hear the other person you’re gaming with, then this headset is for you. Also stupid that you have to charge a wired headset.

My headset volume would bleed into the mic making everyone here my gameplay through the mic went through the audio settings could not find any issue. realized it might just be a faulty design so I exchanged these out for a different headset and have no issues now

In regard to the charging, in order for certain features on the headset to work it would require an internal battery. That is why the headset requires charging.
