    There alright. Have issues connecting to chat on some games on my xbox. Hurt ears after to long of use

    Had high expectations, but fell short. Maybe it was a defective product but the one I got had a mic piece that stopped working after just 1 day. This was disappointing and I returned it.

    Just spend the extra money. The main selling point on these is the specific bass boost and it’s honestly garbage. At least I got them on sale and didn't pay full price.

    This might be great for others, but for me it is not. It’s the exact opposite of noise canceling. If you want to hear an ant crawl across your floor, but barely hear the other person you’re gaming with, then this headset is for you. Also stupid that you have to charge a wired headset.

    For controllers it messes with audio when plugged in once in a while. Either static through mic or static through audio. Other than that great headphones if you want it really loud or adjustable.

    The headset itself was fine however I kept having audio issues. My headset volume would bleed into the mic making everyone here my gameplay through the mic went through the audio settings could not find any issue. realized it might just be a faulty design so I exchanged these out for a different headset and have no issues now

    It’s a headset, and it works. Wasn’t a fan that being wireless you still have to plug into the controller though. Battery is okay but not great and the Mic isn’t much better, I don’t get allot of positive feedback on the volume others hear me.(and it’s not a settings problem) I feel in general turtle beach is not what they used to be and I think this will be my last headset from them.

      Thanks for your feedback. The Recon 200 is a wired, powered headset; and can only function with its cable connected to a device & its battery has been charged. The headset is powered in order to allow several of its features (ex. Built In Mic Monitor) to work properly.

      We're not sure what you mean when you refer to the headset as a wireless device. With that being said, our Support Team would be happy to assist you with some troubleshooting to clear up the inconveniences you're having.
