It uses a dial for volume but it seems to swap the audio from one ear to the other? You need to balance it out, dont know why it doesnt just work properly. Also the cord seems to be sensative, movement causes the audio to cut out or crackle. The microphone is fine.

This headset did not hold up, lasted maybe 6 months. The 3mm plug on the end loses connection and there is sound in only one ear now.

Echo waste of money

I needed a new but affordable headset and thinking they are from a good brand they would be good but ya avoid at all cost ! Or youll be the one guy everyone asks to mute your mic
