My complaint is the fact that the set failed within 1.5 months of use. No problem, until you have to deal with Turtle Beach. The warranty programming is all email, ok, but the warranty period takes 10-14 business days, making you be without a headset for 3 weeks. Also you have to pay for the shipping there but they are nice enough to send it back. Not very happy to be honest.

First month was great but after my audio was cutting out and having issues with sound. Spend another $20-$30 and get a better headset

Worth the price
