Sound is pretty good

The only thing that could possibly be wrong with it is that when chatting with friends if you have your headset too loud your friends can hear their own voice.

Failed less than 60 days after purchase

BB would not exchange so now I have to contact manufacturer directly to see if I can get repaired, replaced, or refunded
