This headset does support mic monitoring on the XBox One, however you have to make the volume adjustments through the XBox settings. Cumbersome when you're in the middle of a game, but once you get it dialed in you don't have to make changes very often.

Bought for daughter for digital learning. Slightly bulky but it fits and works fine. The detachable microphone piece is nice, although I can see it being attached improperly and broken. Have to make sure it's oriented correctly.

Sound quality is average and the unit is comfortable and lightweight. Adjustable mix is proprietary, although detachable, and utilizes a 3.5mm size plug. Audio cord does not unplug from headphones, and utilizes 3.5mm size plug for peripherals.
