Nice sound for the money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You will need an adapter to use these 'phones with your PC if you have green/pink connectors for the mic and 'phones (Like most computers). The Best Buy site fails to mention this. I used an old Turtle Beach 7.1 surround module to get around this. Great sound for the money. I was very impressed with the clarity and tone of the music.

Very good headset

I bought the Turtle Beach Ear Force Recon 50x and they're good. I like how you can control the headset setting better than with my old headset. I like these and would recommend to anybody looking for a quality headset that's not too expensive.

Works as intended

So far he has been using it with no problems and he seems to like it. I tried it on myself but felt the fit a little too tight. Sound seemed decent enough but as I mentioned it was intended for my son and he's liking it so far. I'd recommend for a good starter headset.
