I got ahold of Turtle Beach and they are sending a new one.(Turtle Beach has great customer service also! Responded right away from the email I sent with my problem). Just wish it would've worked and not have to wait for a new one.

it's okay but not great

But it only lasted a month, for some reason the mic had a lot of feedback, tried to change the computer setting and attempted to do all kind of update but still not working. This was just simply used for a kindergarten virtual class.

Sound only comes out of one side. I bought it only to get my self introduced to the world of head set gaming. After a month i bought myself a top of the line headset and never looked back
