Thank you for leaving your feedback. Due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. Please bear in mind that your headset will wear in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.

At times you can only hear out of the left side. I do not recommend this product, also I don’t believe there is a warranty for replacement. $25 dollars flushed down the toilet.

Returned it the same day I bought it after about 30 minutes of use. The material is cheap and it didn’t fit properly on my head. It was way too small. I could see this headset working for your kid or a younger sibling but otherwise I can not recommend this set.
