This headset is actually not that bad. My son uses it frequently and although he likes it, my standard is that it is not broken yet. I can get several of these before spending what some of the more expensive ones cost.

Works exactly as described, comfortable and my friends can hear me fine.

I first bought these for the X-Box 360 console and loved them. Now I have an X-Box One, and bought them again for the new console. Them are very comfortable to use and have good noise cancelling effects. I would recommend Turtle Beach products for any gaming enthusiasts!

I've have two turtle beaches one for gaming and one for the computer and iPod. They are loud and this on in particular is compatible with other devices which is great. The price is wonderful on this as well. Love these.

I am a casual gamer and needed a headset for playing with friends. So far these have excellent sound and the voices of people I am playing with come in very clear. I leave the TV volume off while playing since the Headset broadcasts the game sounds and any player voices, plus I could not hear the TV sound while wearing the headset (noise isolation check). No complaints from friends about he microphone not transmitting my voice well, so I would have to say that works well also. If you are looking for an inexpensive headset to use for gaming i would suggest getting this one. I picked up the PC version since it cam with both a 3.5mm line for PS4/Xbox One and an adapter for PC use, same price and the once for just PS4/Xbox

Great headphones if u need cheap one, i have a 200 dollar headphones and i really can say these sound even better

Sound quality is clear and it feels like I'm with my buddies in the game. The headset allows you to hear yourself and you know when you need to adjust your speaking volume. I like the detachable mic so when I am playing solo, I do not worry about it being in my way.

I was looking for an inexpensive headset but wanted decent sound quality and comfort. I would definitely recommend this if you don't want to spend a ton of money but want a decent headset.

I have bought others around the same price range and was left disappointed. This headset is great and does it's job. My kid is very happy with the sound quality and can use it for other things as well. It is not made cheaply, it is pretty sturdy.

Great sound and mic is removable. I use it anytime I use my monitor.

So far so good. With as many different headsets as have broken on us so far, we are hoping these will last a while. In our initial use, the sound quality is decent and the mic picks up conversation well. For their cost, I would say you are getting what you pay for. We have had better headsets, that cost more money, but they didn't last any longer than anything else. For anyone looking for a decent set of stereo headphones with a mic, and who wants to spend as little money as possible, you may want to check out this particular pair before looking at anything else.

Nice audio with controllable sound and effective detach and detachment microphone

This headset is great fo when I want to be a bit more immersed in the game and keeping the noise down duirng the early morning game session. Good price for a good middle of the road headset

Work great, sound is clear, controls are easy to use somewhat small to read but ok. Only draw back is they have a cord hanging off both ears, sucks they get tangled a lot.

I have always purchased the standard XBOX headset and have had to replace it several times due to it's poor quality and reliability - I've been through probably 5 sets. I never really wanted to pay more for a headset but this one was on sale for the same price as the standard XBOX headset so I thought I'd give it a go. Initially I didn't like it but that was because I was unfamiliar with the settings. Once I realized I could control various volume and mic mix settings in the XBOX menu, I realized that this is a far superior headset to that of the standard XBOX one. On top of that, it has so far lasted twice as long as the standard one and it's still going.

My son has been asking for a good headset to play his games, usually buy some cheap ones I find, but this time I decided to give these a try. He enjoys them, great sound and mic picks up well, but I can still hear him screaming and yelling from his room, when he plays. It does cancel the outside noise for him, but doesn't cancel the noise that comes from his excitement ..lol
