It is the exact same Mike that I have on a more expensive turtle Beach headset so the call quality is good. The sound quality is pretty good. Really the only place it is lacking is build quality with fairly thin plastic and not the best ear covers. Still a very solid product

I am a hardcore gamer and love the sound of these. I hear better than most of my friends with these! Quality and price... can’t be beat. I will say one thing though... they do sound different on my PS5 for any PS5 owners out there, I’d watch out. PS4 quality is awesome though!

I couldn't really hear any of my friends when trying to do group chat. Had to go to settings and change audio and got things to work better. I just felt this wasn't a necessary step to do if this product worked the way it should.
