Decent curb side service. Ok access on website to purchase product and description on line was reasonable. Fits ok and reasonably comfortable. Had an earlier model that broke and had to return to Amazon. Not sure what else to say so have a great day.

A couple issues with mic not working and sound popping when connecting directly in controller. If you turn audio cable a specific way it’ll will fix it. Sound quality is meh. Decent stand in until you can afford better. You get what you pay for.

Good fit, okay sound

I really like that I can detach the mic if I wanted to do so. The only downside is that they do not provide much volume. With the switch turned all the way up and the volume in XBOX One options turned up all the way, it still feels like I am only at 50-60%. There is a little low end so that’s nice but you get what you pay for at this price.
