My son has been asking for a good headset to play his games, usually buy some cheap ones I find, but this time I decided to give these a try. He enjoys them, great sound and mic picks up well, but I can still hear him screaming and yelling from his room, when he plays. It does cancel the outside noise for him, but doesn't cancel the noise that comes from his excitement ..lol

This is a great starter headset for younger kids just getting into gaming. easy setup and use. My 8 year old loves them. Best. Dad, Ever!

These Turtle beach headphones are terrific! When im grinding some score w my boys these headphones cancel out my wifes nagging voice. Im here for outrageous sound from the explosions in my game not to listen to my wife in the back ground go on and on about the rising cost of bologna sandwich meat , like get over it allready just slap together a mayo sandwich and your good to go . U eat i play .

Bought these for my son who's terrible rough on headphones for some reason. They've lasted for 3 months thus far with no problems. He likes them as he's able to hook them right into the controller.

I was a little concerned about the quality of the sound because this are one of the lowest prices gaming headsets, but I was surprised with the sound and how comfortable this are.

We bought these to replace an old pair. They work great and can withstand a slight beating. Our first pair lasted about 2 years. Great sound quality and comfortable.

Headset sounds good, microphone works just fine, simple set up, and it’s a good price for what you’re getting. I’d recommend this one if you’re just looking for a headset to chat with friends while gaming, like myself.

Bought this as a replacement for one that was much more expensive. Was pleasantly surprised at the sound and comparability to the previous one. Definitely recommend!

Allows you to immerse yourself in the game without bothering others. Great for beginner gamer who doesn't know what to look for in a headset or doesn't want to dish out $200. You can remove the microphone and use it as regular headphones. Very neat.

Have good surrounding speakers, excellent sound and price, just 4 stars because cable in each side make dificult putiton and off and after a long period of time using start to hurt a little bit your ears

i really like the fact that the mic detaches, even if it means i lost it sometimes. really comfortable and good-sounding headphones nonetheless

Very very comfortable, but the mic does tend to not be very stable when you set it in a certain place. Great sound, easy controls.

Headphones are reasonably priced. Hook up to system and play. Cord is long enough. I play close up to feel like I’m really in the game so works out perfect. Sound is good too.

I was on a right budget getting this item and I thought it'd be a cheap kind of headset just because the price was pretty low, but for game audio and chat, it's really a bang for the buck.

Work great, sound is clear, controls are easy to use somewhat small to read but ok. Only draw back is they have a cord hanging off both ears, sucks they get tangled a lot.

Great headphones for cheap! I have a balloon head and these fit perfect. Sound is also great!
