The headset gets the job done, no more, no less. The sound and volume are functional and the headset itself is fairly comfortable. For the price, I think it's worth it.

Bought this for my Son’s 11th Birthday. He’s impressed by the clear output, no static. His friends can hear him perfectly. Although, just like any other headset, you can hear everything else in the room but doesn’t drown you out. The mic is detachable, which may not be a good thing if you loose items a lot. He likes to take it off when he doesn’t want to talk to anyone and has learned to place the mic somewhere he doesn’t forget. We looked at various headsets with mics, and this one is the winner, he loves it!

It’s a nice cheap headset while I save up for a higher end one.
