Stopped working in less than a month

They worked great for 3 weeks and then stopped working completely. Can't hear any sound out of them now and we did check other headphones and devices to make sure it was these and not another issue. I just logged on to Best Buy to see about returning them and evidently there's only a 2 week return period. To the trash can they go.

Tried to use it again today and nothing. No sound whatsoever. I don't know why - my headphone jack is clean, my controller is brand new too, went into Settings to maybe figure it out. Nothing. This was a waste of money.

The ear piece still works but not able to talk to the other people playing the games. So I would not recommend the Turtle Beach- 70 headset.

Contacted turtle beach directly and they told me to plug it in my phone for troubleshooting.... only one problem with that. I did not buy it for my phone! I watched countless youtube videos telling me to do this do that change these settings change those settings. I finally gave up and returned them and went to a big discount clothes store of all places and found a random pair of gaming headset for $16 and they work perfectly fine! My son can talk and hear all day and night.

However, testing the headset with another device would have allowed our team to figure out if the inconvenience you were experiencing was caused by the headset itself, or some sort of setting on the end of the device you were attempting to use it with. Following our team's troubleshooting steps is always recommended, as their goal is to ensure your product is functioning correctly.

I reach out to the manufacture and did my claim and I haven’t heard from them never again!!!!!
