Microphone not working after 4 months

Our second headset continues to work just fine but who knows how much longer it will work. When the headset does work, it works quite well.

I recommend any type of steel series. Very reliable and great audio/mic. If there was a negative star I’d give it -6. Seriously don’t buy turtle beach headsets.

They are otherwise nice and had been sturdy. He isn't exactly gentle with his stuff so I don't think it's a quality issue, but if your rough on your equipment, be cautious.
