Poor quality but decent price. You get what you pay for.

Not as durable as I would like but gets the job done

Bought these for my 9 year old son. He tends to not go easy on technology so I did not want to buy an expensive pair of headphones. For the price these headphones are good. Bought the 2 year warranty since headphones were not very expensive. So far so good,

only used it a few times and i can't hear out of it

Out of the box, I was a little surprised at how lightweight they were; in comparison to some other headsets I’ve seen, I was a bit worried that they would end up broken before the night was over. I was pleasantly surprised at the durability of them, given how lightweight they are. I found them to fit comfortably and snuggly on my head; I also liked how light they are, as they didn’t feel like I was wearing a helmet. The sound quality was good and I did not have a problem hearing other players or being heard. They were fairly simple to attach to the PS4 controller and haven’t had an issue with the connection. Overall, I would say that for the price, this are awesome headsets for the casual gamer or kid.

My son uses these to game. Our first pair did not hold up well and the microphone piece broke within the year. Best Buy was great and replaced them. Probably should pay the extra money for coverage.

I bought this headset about a year. It was so amazing that I wanted to buy it again. I order it online and it arrives. I notice it isn’t the same but I trusted the brand so I gave it a shot. This headset sucks. Everything about it feels cheap. The buttons/ mute are not smooth. The cable is skinny and feels like it could break at any moment. Randomly the mic stops working. Sometimes I only get sound from one ear. Huge disappointment. Wish I could exchange it but I threw out the box and Best Buy near me is closed

Product was defective from day one. Friends said they could barely hear me and I was in a tunnel. Returned and got something different. This is my 3rd attempt at these headphones...

After 10 days of use, the left headphone stopped working.

Turtle Beach is a outstanding name in stereo quality for our gaming purposes. Our sons use the headset and this is our second one we own and will continue to purchase Turtle Beach in the future

I purchased the headphones for my high school children's virtual high school classes. The headphones work great reducing a lot of the outside noise making it easier for them to concentrate on their studies.

We bought these for our 7 year old for the ps4. He likes them a lot and says they are very comfortable. He has a small head so I was concerned it would be too loose.. Just right, but fits my head comfortably as well

These headset are really cool for gamers and so easy to use. My 12 year old son has 3 sets of this brand name in wireless and wired and he loves them. I like how he can put these on and tv is mute but he can hear it.

This worked perfectly for my ps 4. Worked only once for my ps 5. Tried it a couple of times and still nothing.

I was expecting a lot more from Turtle Beach. I really don't even write reviews, but these were awful from the get go. Within a couple weeks the volume was starting to only work on one side thanks to the little wheel on the back on the headphones burning out. You can fiddle with it for awhile before getting anything that sounds normal. The lesson here; don't buy the cheapest version from a reputable brand, because they obviously don't care how it holds up or sounds compared to another company trying to make a name for themselves.

This headset was bought for my son for him to play his video games and he likes it all right but he said he has used better before so I dont know if it was worth the money or not

I bought these for my youngest child. They work well, and serve their purpose for what my son uses them. They are not the best quality, but for the price, you can’t go wrong with them.

2nd pair. Bad choice not buying protection plan. 1st pair mike broke. Now almost 3mos later mike breaks on second pair. Need to return. At least I got plan this time...

Terrible sound quality. Uncomfortable to wear. Male connection piece is always loose when connected.

These headphone are a good price range but not durable at all,the is the 2nd pair I have purchased and the second pair that have broke in less than a month
